Personalised Christmas Pudding

Thank you to all clients and friends who attended our Christmas Extravaganza at St Paul’s Cathedral last night. For those who visited our “stir it up” stall and took home the ingredients for a perfect Christmas Pudding, the recipe is below. We hope you enjoy it.
Personalised Christmas Pudding:
110gms suet
50gms self-raising flour
110gms bread crumbs
225gms dark brown sugar
Your selection of dried fruits and spices
Zest & juice of 1 lemon & 1 orange
1 grated apple
2 large free range eggs
180ml of alcohol (a selection of 3 is always good!)
Method:
Mix well and put into a 1 litre pudding basin wrap it well and steam for 2 ½ hours.
Remember to watch out for the steam when opening!
