The Harbour & Jones team was quick to respond when the call came for volunteers for the Summer Games. Mikaila King, head chef at the Financial Services Authority, is among several chefs taking part, cooking with Angela Harnett’s team at the opening & closing ceremonies. Mikaila’s passion is pudding so the opportunity to work with a top pastry chef is a dream come true.

Looking forward to helping out with the crowds at Wimbledon, General Manager at Trowers, Felicity Rose, says: “I volunteered purely as I will probably not be around when another Olympic games will come to this country.  This is the greatest show on earth and I wanted to be part of it. I am really proud of myself for getting through, as 250,000 people applied and I was one of the lucky 70,000 volunteers””

Head chef at the Academy of Medical Sciences Will Carvalho has spent the past couple of weeks with the Brazilian Women’s football team creating healthy and balanced menus for the players. We can’t wait til he gets back to here all about it!
