Harbour & Jones would like to welcome our new director, Kevin Harrison, who joins us this month.  Kevin will be responsible for ensuring that H&J is fully compliant on all aspects of health & safety and risk assessment and will be bringing his expertise to assist our managers and chefs in implementing best practice in these areas and in making sure that we are bang up-to-date on all legal requirements.

Kevin started his catering career working as a chef in some of London’s top restaurants before moving into the contract catering sector where he rapidly progressed from the kitchen to management positions.  His strong background in food, marketing and operations combined with his passion, motivational skills and unrelenting desire for great quality make him a fantastic asset to H&J.
